Colleen Bane Katz has been in the field of education for over 30 years. She graduated with a major in Child Development, holds a certificate as a Child Life Specialist from Johns Hopkins University and brings 15 years of classroom based experience to her work providing academic and social skills support to students experiencing a range of challenges in reading and mathematics.
Colleen co-taught in an inclusive classroom setting before branching out into school and program administration in the Washington Metro area. She spent over 8 years in the non-profit sector developing training modules for educators and training teachers in developing countries. Colleen has been providing individualized support to students since 2008.
